Post komunistická fasáda budovy neďaleko môjho bydliska s názvom Olympia, ma natoľko fascinovala až som ju jedného dňa musel namaľovať so svojou víziou interpretácie bohyne Pallas Atheny. Na hlave má striebornú prilbu ochraňujúcu jej múdrosť. Zmysel pre právo a spravodlivosť zase strážia strieborné lezúce hady okolo jej torza. Zachytáva moment kedy sa vzájomne radí so svojím obľubeným symbolom sovy, ktorá jej ako rovnocenný spoločník pomáha rozhodovať o ďalšom osude. Pozostatky jej sochy môžeme nájsť v múzeu v Olympii, preto sa mi tento príznačný názov spojil s touto Gréckou mýtickou postavou.

The post-communist facade of a building near my home called Olympia fascinated me so much that one day I had to paint it with my vision of interpreting the goddess Pallas Athena. She has a silver helmet on her head protecting her wisdom. Her sense of law and justice is guarded by silver snakes crawling around her torso. It captures the moment when she consults with her favorite symbol, the owl, which, as an equal companion, helps her decide on her future fate. The remains of her statue can be found in the museum in Olympia, which is why this characteristic name was associated with this Greek mythical figure.
