Toto je moje prvé graffiti plátno. NO CAP! Kombinácia sprejovaného pozadia spolu s ladiacimi tónmi, k tomu záblesky bielej farby ako svetlo prebíjajúce sa cez všedné dni každodenného stereotypu. Pri tomto diele som zažil oči otvárajúce uvedomenie seba samého, že môžem tvoriť veľkoformátové graffiti veci aj bez toho, aby som musel ísť niekam von do opustenej budovy, alebo legálnu stenu, a dúfať že tú budovu nezbúrajú, alebo na legále nepretrú. Tento pocit mi dal novú perspektívu do graffiti tvorby ako sa prebojovať a snažiť sa aklimatizovať do celosvetovej scény, keďže v tej dobe už niektorí umelci ktorých som sledoval mali rozbehnutú celkom dobrú šnúru výstav v galériách po celom svete. Takže motív bol jasný - preboxovať sa cez vlastný tieň, upustiť od ortodoxných zásad, a raziť si svoju cestu vpred.

This is my first graffiti canvas. NO CAP! A combination of a spray-painted background with matching tones, with flashes of white like light breaking through the everyday stereotypes of everyday life. With this piece, I experienced an eye-opening realization that I could create large-scale graffiti without having to go out into an abandoned building or a legal wall and hope that the building wouldn't be demolished or the legal wal repainted. This feeling gave me a new perspective on graffiti art as a way to fight my way through and try to acclimatize to the global scene, since at that time some of the artists I was following had already had a pretty good string of exhibitions in galleries around the world. So the motive was clear - to box myself out of my own shadow, abandon orthodox principles, and forge my own path forward.
